Description

  • Own and manage the full expansion sales cycle within existing accounts, from prospecting to closing new opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify upsell and expansion opportunities in the existing client base.
  • Conduct discovery calls, consultative sales discussions, and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and inquiries and uncover expansion opportunities from them.
  • Prospect into assigned accounts, identify decision-makers, and engage them in strategic discussions.
  • Qualify leads using budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT) criteria.
  • Drive outbound outreach to existing customers to set discovery meetings and advance expansion conversations.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of sales prospects and opportunities.
  • Communicate the value proposition of Bloomerang’s SaaS solutions to clients and leads.
  • Stay current on product features, benefits, and broader SaaS technology developments.

Requirements

  • Experience managing the full sales cycle, including prospecting and expansion.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage leads, client interactions, and follow-ups.
  • Ability to quickly learn new SaaS products and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset.
  • Tech-savvy with the ability to use relevant software and tools to demonstrate products.
  • Passion for SaaS solutions and client success.
  • Nonprofit experience is preferred.
  • Must be able to work permanently and full-time in a fully remote role within the U.S. or select Canadian provinces.
