Description

  • Own and evolve the paid digital marketing strategy across Meta, TikTok, Google, and emerging acquisition channels.
  • Lead relationships with the paid media agency and manage external marketing partners.
  • Own acquisition metrics and outcomes, including CAC, ROAS, MER, and new customer growth.
  • Manage and optimize acquisition budgets with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and return on ad spend.
  • Lead full-funnel media planning across prospecting, retargeting, and campaign amplification.
  • Develop integrated digital growth strategies that support revenue targets, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Lead testing strategies across creative, landing pages, messaging, audience segmentation, and media buying tactics.
  • Build audience targeting strategies to improve acquisition efficiency and campaign performance.
  • Own digital marketing reporting, dashboards, and forecasting models, and communicate insights to leadership.
  • Collaborate with creative, ecommerce, finance, and leadership teams while mentoring team members and fostering a culture of experimentation.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading digital marketing and customer acquisition within a direct-to-consumer, retail, fashion, or lifestyle brand.
  • Deep expertise across paid social, paid search, media buying, and performance marketing strategy.
  • Strong understanding of attribution, analytics, and customer acquisition metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with advertising platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and related tools.
  • Track record of scaling revenue and customer growth through data-driven acquisition strategies.
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, or external marketing partners.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Highly organized and comfortable balancing strategy with execution in a fast-moving environment.
  • A builder mentality with excitement for ownership, experimentation, and scaling growth responsibly.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across creative, ecommerce, and leadership teams.
  • Genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle, and community-driven brands.
  • Based in the US or Canada and able to work remotely with occasional domestic and/or international travel.

Benefits

  • Annual salary of $150,000-$185,000.
  • Performance bonus.
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation per year.
  • Health benefits coverage.
  • $250 annual period and menstrual budget.
  • $1,000 annual allowance toward Poppy & Peonies products.
  • $400 home office setup allowance.
