Description

  • Own marketing strategy, budget allocation, customer acquisition and retention strategy, and the marketing P&L across the portfolio.
  • Set annual and quarterly marketing plans and defend them with the executive leadership team.
  • Lead the performance marketing function across Meta, Google, Native, AppLovin, and TikTok through five channel pod leads.
  • Set acquisition targets, CAC and LTV thresholds, and channel diversification strategy to keep paid growth sustainable.
  • Own the creative production engine and hold the Creative Manager accountable for throughput, win rate, quality, and testing velocity.
  • Set creative strategy that supports paid media scaling and gives channel pods enough winning assets to grow revenue.
  • Own brand identity, lifecycle and retention programs, RejuvaCare+ membership marketing, content, PR, and customer marketing.
  • Manage and develop the current marketing leadership layer, including pod leads and creative directors.
  • Build the next generation of marketing leaders and own hiring, performance management, and org design within marketing.
  • Partner cross-functionally with operations, CX, revenue operations, supply chain, finance, technology, and people and culture.
  • Work directly with the CEO and outgoing CMO/founder advisor during the transition and earn full operating autonomy over time.
  • Partner with founders on portfolio strategy and lead the marketing execution for new brand launches and acquisitions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in DTC marketing leadership, including at least 3 years as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Head of Marketing.
  • Experience at a DTC business doing $30M+ in annual revenue, ideally in health and wellness, supplements, beauty, or regulated consumer verticals.
  • Proven track record scaling a DTC business through paid acquisition with direct accountability for revenue, CAC, and LTV.
  • Hands-on experience managing a creative production function, including throughput, win rate, and testing velocity.
  • Experience leading and developing senior marketing leaders across performance, creative, and brand functions.
  • Prior experience working alongside founders or executive sponsors in a scaling business.
  • Deep fluency in DTC marketing metrics and economics, including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback windows, retention curves, channel attribution, and brand health.
  • Strong people leadership at executive scale, with the ability to diagnose and address clarity, capability, or will issues.
  • Clear, direct communication and the ability to brief executive leadership precisely.
  • Hands-on executive mindset with comfort reading dashboards, joining retros, challenging creative briefs, and operating transparently with founders.
