Description

  • Own marketing strategy, annual and quarterly plans, and the marketing P&L across the Hyprwork portfolio.
  • Lead performance marketing strategy across Meta, Google, Native, AppLovin, and TikTok through five channel pod leads.
  • Set acquisition targets, CAC and LTV thresholds, channel diversification strategy, and operating standards for sustainable paid growth.
  • Own the creative production engine, including throughput, win rate, quality, and creative strategy for paid channels.
  • Oversee brand identity, lifecycle and retention programs, RejuvaCare+ membership marketing, content, PR, and customer marketing.
  • Manage and develop the existing pod lead and creative director layer while building the next generation of marketing leadership.
  • Own hiring, performance management, and org design within the marketing function.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Operations, CX, Revenue Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, and People and Culture.
  • Work directly with the CEO and outgoing CMO/founder advisor during the transition period and earn full operating autonomy over time.
  • Support marketing-side execution for new brand launches and portfolio expansion.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in DTC marketing leadership.
  • At least 3 years as a CMO, VP of Marketing, or Head of Marketing at a DTC business with $30M+ in annual revenue.
  • Experience in health and wellness, supplements, beauty, or regulated consumer verticals is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a DTC business through paid acquisition.
  • Personal accountability for revenue targets, CAC and LTV economics, and performance-first marketing operations.
  • Hands-on experience managing a creative production function, including throughput, win rate, and testing velocity.
  • Experience leading and developing senior marketing leaders across performance, creative, and brand functions.
  • Prior experience working alongside founders or executive sponsors in a scaling business.
  • Deep fluency in DTC marketing metrics and economics, including CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback windows, retention curves, channel attribution, and brand health.
  • Strong people leadership at executive scale with the ability to diagnose clarity, capability, and will issues.
  • Clear, direct communication and the ability to brief executive leadership precisely.
  • Comfort operating in a high-founder-involvement environment with collaboration, patience, and maturity.
