Description

  • Grow and retain a multi-million dollar GPV customer base.
  • Understand customer needs and help merchants achieve their business goals through Square.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products and features by identifying customer leads.
  • Address customer concerns and issues in a strategic and effective manner.
  • Help grow the managed accounts program.
  • Partner with Sales, Support, and Product teams to deliver a strong customer experience across Square.
  • Serve as a product or process specialist and share feedback with product managers.
  • Act as an internal advocate for decision makers within the book of business.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or a related field.
  • Experience discovering and closing sales opportunities and building client relationships.
  • Experience managing a pipeline to achieve revenue targets.
  • Strong interest in business operations and strategy.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for how new technologies can better serve small and medium-sized businesses.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
