Description

  • Manage projects under the direction of the Strategic Account Director and support assigned accounts.
  • Understand client business challenges and help define strategic questions and business goals.
  • Prepare annual strategic and tactical plans, along with campaign and project plans as needed.
  • Manage and strengthen client relationships while functioning as an extension of the client’s team.
  • Propose, sell, and oversee client ideas and projects tied to client objectives.
  • Provide day-to-day strategic communication, planning support, and recommendations to clients.
  • Initiate and oversee Precision AQ activities on behalf of clients.
  • Manage client budgets and team efficiency to maximize return for both clients and Precision AQ.
  • Work with internal teams to exceed client expectations and support account execution.
  • Mentor, train, and coach team members to support growth and development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Advanced degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine, management, marketing, or business is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management within medical communications or a related industry.
  • Experience overseeing both client relationships and internal teams.
  • Prior exposure to medical affairs, publications, and/or peer-to-peer marketing is strongly preferred.
  • PowerPoint design proficiency.
  • Strong strategic and analytical background.
  • Ability to interact professionally with clients and leaders across a variety of therapeutic areas.
  • Ability to understand and interpret market dynamics, scientific information, and clinical and preclinical data.
  • Ability to interpret business metrics and financial information.
