Description

  • Develop and execute an outbound sales strategy to build a book of business.
  • Source leads through cold calling, cold emailing, and social selling.
  • Conduct prospecting, discovery calls, and demos with restaurant merchants.
  • Create consultative solutions that match prospect needs using first- and third-party offerings.
  • Build relationships in the field when needed to improve win rates.
  • Partner with the Business Development team to convert and close outbound leads.
  • Own the sales cycle from prospecting through close and support successful onboarding.
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and KPIs through proactive outbound activity.
  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing to align solutions with market needs.
  • Use Salesforce to track pipeline status, sales activity, and outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of sales experience in a full-cycle closing role.
  • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) or relevant equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing complex deals.
  • Experience selling a diverse ecosystem of products.
  • Ability to independently drive deals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Business development experience, including new logo sourcing and acquisition.
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
  • Prior Salesforce experience or equivalent CRM experience.
  • Experience working with restaurant owners or in the restaurant vertical is implied by the role focus.
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, and negotiation ability.
