Description

  • Lead Sales Managers and Territory Account Executives across key Central markets.
  • Set regional strategy and drive execution to grow the field sales organization.
  • Refine territory models and optimize go-to-market plans.
  • Build a culture of performance, accountability, and competitiveness.
  • Spend time in the field co-selling, coaching, and modeling product fluency.
  • Master Square's ecosystem and guide teams to sell consultatively.
  • Manage pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales productivity to drive predictable growth.
  • Improve systems, tools, and playbooks to help the team scale.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales Ops, Partnerships, and Product to align execution and feedback loops.
  • Attract, retain, and develop high-performing sales talent while representing Square locally.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience, including 5+ years leading regional or field sales teams.
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS, fintech, or payments environment.
  • Proven success exceeding regional revenue and productivity goals.
  • Track record of building high-performance teams with coaching, accountability, and excellence.
  • Strong product acumen with the ability to position complex solutions across multiple product lines.
  • Builder mindset with the ability to move fast and operationalize what works at scale.
  • Deep operational expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and KPI tracking.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
