Description

  • Lead the full development and support lifecycle for Dynamics CRM and Dynamics CE Online solutions.
  • Design architecture and solution approaches for Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Run grooming sessions with business users to produce solution estimates and detailed user-story sub-tasks.
  • Develop end-to-end Dynamics CE customizations, including forms, plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, security configuration, and dashboards.
  • Create technical and business documentation for implementations and platform changes.
  • Build and support solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Customer Voice, and Power Pages.
  • Manage integrations using Web API, REST/ODATA, SOAP, Visual Studio, and source control.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain the CRM platform to ensure stable operations and rapid defect resolution.
  • Work in a Scrum/Agile environment, including stakeholder demos and collaboration with architecture and delivery teams.
  • Mentor senior and junior developers and promote standards and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM 365.
  • Strong hands-on experience with MS Dynamics cloud configuration, customizations, workflows, and plugins.
  • Experience with Customer Service Hub and its features, including Unified SLA and KB Article.
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 Marketing (Outbound/Realtime), Customer Voice, Sales, Power Apps, and Power Pages.
  • Strong experience with Power Automate cloud flows.
  • Hands-on experience with C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Web APIs.
  • Experience with Azure Synapse Link and Data Flows development.
  • Experience working in the banking industry is preferred.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced Agile/Scrum team.
  • Experience with Confluence and Jira.
  • Bachelor's degree or university degree.
  • Strong planning, prioritization, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with product and technology delivery teams and support.
