Description

Oversee operational projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate across departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
Track and report project timelines, deliverables, risks, and operational KPIs.
Develop and improve operational processes, policies, and workflows.
Drive operational efficiency and continuous process optimization.
Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
Collaborate with management on strategic operational planning and execution.
Support resource planning and task allocation across teams.
Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
Monitor project budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
Manage stakeholder communication with internal and external parties.
Support crisis management and operational escalations as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of operational workflows and project lifecycle management.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
Strong reporting and analytical skills.
PMP certification is a plus.
Experience working in regional or multi-country operations is a plus.
Arabic speaker.
