Description

  • Acquire and activate new insurer partners quickly through outreach, relationship building, negotiation, onboarding, and integration.
  • Own the partnership pipeline end to end, maintaining a clean CRM and disciplined follow-up to prevent stalled opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close deals with fast go-live timelines.
  • Coordinate with legal, product, and tech teams to create commercially sound agreements and ensure smooth partner launches.
  • Drive partner performance after go-live by monitoring KPIs, optimizing output, and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
  • Deliver monthly revenue and policy targets and turn partnerships into sustainable revenue streams.
  • Serve as the on-the-ground representative for BJAK in the UK market and help move conversations forward with insurers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance or fintech industry.
  • Strong negotiation and commercial instincts, with an understanding of insurer dynamics, commercial models, underwriting considerations, and partnership structures.
  • Existing network of insurer relationships to open senior-level conversations quickly.
  • Permanent residency in the UK.
  • Highly self-driven, proactive, and accountable, with the ability to work independently without hand-holding.
  • Ability to own a pipeline independently and solve problems quickly with full autonomy.
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment where speed and results matter.
  • Comfort working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to understand local regulations, insurers, and UK market behavior.
