Description

  • Design, develop, and maintain key hierarchies and cryptographic protocols that are secure and performant.
  • Design and enforce secure key management practices across clients and servers to protect sensitive cryptographic material.
  • Design usable APIs that correctly abstract cryptography for other developers.
  • Build and maintain internal and external documentation and specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex security vulnerabilities and system issues requiring deep technical expertise.
  • Contribute to both open-source community work and enterprise solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency and experience in Rust.
  • Experience with TypeScript and C# is a plus.
  • Experience designing and implementing secure cryptographic protocols.
  • Familiarity with OS-level key management APIs and secure storage mechanisms across platforms.
  • Practical knowledge of key generation, storage, rotation, and revocation.
  • Ability to evaluate cryptographic library security, performance, and misuse resistance.
  • Collaborative and adaptable mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with openness and authenticity.
  • Excitement for open source and better internet security.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Must be located in the US.
  • No visa sponsorship is available at this time.
