Description

  • Build and maintain the company’s revenue forecast model, integrating pipeline data, bookings trends, retention rates, and expansion signals.
  • Own the weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue reporting and forecast cycle from data pull to executive presentation.
  • Partner with Marketing, Sales, Growth, and Revenue Operations to analyze funnel performance, pipeline health, deal velocity, coverage, CAC payback, and LTV/CAC.
  • Provide financial input into GTM planning, including capacity and marketing mix modeling, quota and pricing decisions, territory and channel allocation, and headcount ROI analysis.
  • Own or support Board of Directors materials, including performance packages, KPI dashboards, and variance narratives.
  • Coordinate with PE sponsors on reporting cadences, data requests, and ad hoc diligence questions.
  • Produce executive reporting and Quarterly Business Review materials for the CFO and leadership team.
  • Design and maintain dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key business metrics.
  • Design and own financial models covering ARR, bookings, subscriber growth, churn, retention, NRR, and LTV/CAC.
  • Work directly in SQL, BI tools, product analytics, and CRM exports to validate numbers and improve data quality.
  • Support M&A diligence, portfolio review analyses, long-range planning, and other ad hoc analyses.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A or finance, preferably in a high-growth SaaS or tech company.
  • Direct experience with revenue forecasting and GTM finance.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed company or PE firm, with understanding of sponsor reporting expectations.
  • Hands-on experience building or contributing to Board of Directors packages.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets modeling skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools.
  • Strong cross-functional business partnering skills with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leaders.
  • Fluency in SaaS metrics such as ARR, NRR, churn, CAC, LTV, and pipeline coverage.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear executive and Board-level narratives.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA from a top program is nice to have.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Clari, Gong, or similar CRM and revenue intelligence tools is nice to have.
  • Exposure to Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or similar planning platforms is nice to have.
  • M&A or transaction diligence experience, including quality of earnings or financial due diligence, is nice to have.
  • Python or R experience for data manipulation and scenario modeling is nice to have.
