Description

  • Identify new product opportunities, size the market, and build the business case.
  • Design and run experiments to validate user demand.
  • Own day-to-day execution and take ideas from concept to launch.
  • Define success metrics and hold accountability for business outcomes.
  • Scale promising products into sustainable businesses that improve Dashers’ financial health.
  • Develop the roadmap for new fintech bets and shape DoorDash’s financial offerings for gig workers.
  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing.
  • Launch MVPs, measure user behavior, iterate quickly, and scale what works.
  • Build and own a product line end to end, including strategy, operations, and adoption.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments such as tech, fintech, strategy & ops, consulting, or banking.
  • Track record of turning ambiguous problems into scaled outcomes.
  • Ability to structure undefined problems independently and use data to decide next steps.
  • Comfort working with SQL and Excel.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial mindset suited to zero-to-one environments.
  • Ability to move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution while owning outcomes.
  • Strong feedback orientation and ability to learn and adjust quickly.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred but not required.
