Description

  • Build a 3-5X pipeline through effective prospecting and lead management within the assigned territory.
  • Close business with enterprise accounts, primarily companies with 1,000+ employees.
  • Manage and report the sales pipeline in the CRM and provide accurate quarterly revenue visibility.
  • Own territory planning and coordinate any needed sales support.
  • Focus on opportunities that generate both short-term and long-term revenue.
  • Network regularly to attract, influence, and grow partner sales relationships.
  • Recruit and onboard new partners and secure their participation in proactive demand generation activities.
  • Maintain a regional partner plan that maps partner strengths to target accounts and opportunities.
  • Track inbound and outbound lead flow between partners and the Bitwarden sales team and communicate channel pipeline and forecast updates to sales leadership.
  • Work with marketing to execute events, programs, and campaigns, and build joint partner business plans with measurable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States, ideally in the Central or Eastern regions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 4-8 years of outside high-tech IT sales experience.
  • Experience in IT security sales is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience at a startup or pre-$100M revenue company is desirable.
  • Proven track record of driving partner growth and revenue.
  • Strong relationships with SMB and SME-focused resellers and MSP partners across a multistate region.
  • Ability to influence decision makers and build effective relationships at all levels of partner organizations.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including listening, writing, and public speaking.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and juggle multiple priorities independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong leadership skills, competitive drive, and a consistent record of meeting annual quota targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office tools.
