Description

  • Oversee the customer journey from onboarding through renewal to maximize usage across product segments.
  • Develop standard onboarding procedures to accelerate time-to-value and increase engagement.
  • Work with customers to build account development plans with objectives, utilization milestones, and growth targets.
  • Monitor customer health using analytics and feedback to identify churn risks and take proactive action.
  • Serve as the central liaison across teams by clarifying priorities, anticipating needs, and removing blockers.
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to present progress, gather customer insights, and reinforce product value.
  • Identify expansion opportunities with Account Executives and provide recommendations and account analysis to support additional revenue.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to bring customer feedback into feature and roadmap decisions.
  • Communicate concise updates to leadership on high-value customers, including usage trends, milestones, and concerns.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Bitwarden offerings and industry trends to advise strategic customers.

Requirements

  • Must be located in EMEA.
  • This role will be filled as a full-time contractor because Bitwarden does not have an EMEA business entity setup.
  • Passion for user success and a strong commitment to helping customers succeed throughout their journey.
  • Genuine empathy and the ability to turn stakeholder needs into actionable plans.
  • Executive-level interpersonal skills for building trust and maintaining consultative relationships.
  • An analytical, data-driven approach using usage metrics, feedback, and adoption trends to guide decisions.
  • Flexibility to respond to evolving customer needs and collaborate effectively across Sales, Product, and other teams.
  • Direct, transparent communication and strong presentation skills.
