Description

  • Maintain AI platform configurations, including models, routes, guardrails, tenants, policies, role mappings, and prompt libraries.
  • Design and manage secure connectors and integrations with SaaS systems, data sources, and workflow tools.
  • Implement logging, metrics, alerts, and other observability for AI workflows and tools.
  • Manage secrets, credentials, access controls, key rotation, and least-privilege practices with Security and IT.
  • Execute production model swaps, policy updates, prompt changes, version upgrades, rollouts, and rollback plans.
  • Run technical evaluations and benchmarks to inform governance and roadmap decisions.
  • Translate technical signals, logs, metrics, and incidents into risk, reliability, and compliance documentation.
  • Develop playbooks, runbooks, training materials, and user enablement sessions.
  • Respond to incidents by triaging failures, investigating root causes, implementing fixes, and documenting lessons learned.

Requirements

  • 4–7+ years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps/SRE, ML/AI operations, or technical SaaS operations with production-system ownership.
  • Strong knowledge of APIs, integrations, infrastructure-as-code concepts, and code/JSON/YAML configuration environments.
  • Hands-on experience with monitoring and observability tools, including logs, metrics, and alerts.
  • Experience with AI or automation platforms such as LLM providers, AI productivity tools, or RPA/workflow engines.
  • Practical knowledge of secrets management and access control, including roles, permissions, key rotation, and least privilege.
  • Ability to document technical work and decisions for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong ownership, bias toward action, and comfort operating near production in high-stakes environments.
  • Experience with ML/AI operations, including model deployment, evaluation, or drift monitoring (preferred).
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering, LLM policies and guardrails, AI governance or compliance frameworks, and incident response or change management (preferred).
