Description

  • Participate in architecture and design discussions and advise on technologies, frameworks, and tools.
  • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and Infrastructure as Code for AWS microservices and APIs.
  • Develop monitoring, logging, observability, and performance optimization solutions.
  • Conduct security reviews, risk assessments, and vulnerability management activities.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, estimation, prioritization, and development planning.
  • Trace production issues from logs to system components requiring remediation.
  • Collaborate effectively with distributed teams while working independently.
  • Automate operational tasks using Bash scripting.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Go, Python, or TypeScript.
  • Strong experience with AWS EKS and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code using AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
  • Deep AWS knowledge, including VPCs, subnetting, security groups, IAM, and network configuration.
  • Familiarity with AWS services including EC2, Lambda, ECS/Fargate, RDS, EventBridge, CloudFront, S3, API Gateway, CloudWatch, and WAF.
  • Experience with GitHub or other version control systems.
  • SRE mindset with strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Understanding of DevSecOps practices, including secure pipelines and CVE remediation.
  • Preferred experience with ECS/ECR, Step Functions, Datadog, PagerDuty, Wiz, CodePipeline, or Jenkins.
  • US citizenship or Green Card, at least three years of US residency, and eligibility for Public Trust clearance; sponsorship is unavailable.
