Description

  • Deliver customer support to end users by phone and email.
  • Manage, update, and close support tickets in the proprietary ticketing system.
  • Provide remote desktop support and troubleshooting for Windows, Mac, Android, and iOS devices.
  • Use remote access tools such as Kaseya VSA, Splashtop, and LogMeIn Central to resolve issues.
  • Monitor, diagnose, and troubleshoot network and server problems.
  • Deploy and manage antivirus, backup, and application systems.
  • Administer Microsoft Active Directory, file servers, and email systems including Exchange, Office 365, and Google Apps.
  • Perform website and DNS administration tasks.
  • Manage virtual servers using VMware vSphere, ESXi, and Microsoft Hyper-V.

Requirements

  • Strong time-management, prioritization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional critical, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Strong English communication skills for working with U.S.-based clients.
  • Administration experience with Windows Server 2012, 2012R2, 2016, 2022, and 2025.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration.
  • Basic knowledge of virtual desktop technologies such as VMware and Citrix.
  • Proficiency in firewall and switch administration, programming basics, and VOIP systems is preferred.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a Managed Services IT environment is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications such as Microsoft, Apple, CompTIA, Cisco, or Fortinet are a plus.
