Description

  • Originate, structure, and close commercial real estate financing transactions end-to-end.
  • Leverage existing relationships while building a national network of investors, developers, and property owners.
  • Analyze client financials and position deals effectively for the market.

  • Drive transactions forward in coordination with lenders to ensure smooth and successful closings.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a commercial mortgage broker or capital markets professional.
  • Strong lender relationships and deep understanding of commercial real estate finance.
  • Advanced structuring and negotiation capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and scale a personal book of business.
  • Ability to operate independently in a remote, performance-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
  • 100% commission-based 1099 independent contractor role.
  • No base salary; income is directly tied to production.
  • Estimated earnings of $120,000 – $300,000+ annually based on production and deal flow.
