Description

  • Define the analytical approach for the project and ensure business objectives are achieved.
  • Participate in large, complex IT projects delivered by distributed and cross-cultural teams.
  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle from concept and design through implementation, enhancement, and maintenance.
  • Co-create delivery plans and roadmaps while balancing business, technical, contractual, and operational constraints.
  • Represent the project team in discussions with internal and external stakeholders and influence business decisions.
  • Work with business stakeholders to identify needs, validate solutions, and clarify requirements.
  • Collaborate with UX designers, architects, and development teams to ensure solutions are business-fit and technically feasible.
  • Prepare and own the Functional Analysis for the project stream, with documentation written in Italian.
  • Document functional interactions and validate scope, including mandate lifecycle and Treasury-related steps.
  • Analyse and document requirements for SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management.
  • Facilitate stakeholder workshops to align business needs and resolve ambiguities.
  • Manage analytical complexity by identifying dependencies, ensuring consistency, and resolving conflicts across modules and workstreams.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian, including the ability to prepare functional documentation and facilitate business discussions in Italian.
  • Fluent English.
  • Strong hands-on experience with the Salesforce Platform.
  • Practical knowledge of SEPA Direct Debit and mandate management.
  • Extensive experience as a Business Analyst and/or Product Owner.
  • Proven experience delivering outcomes in large and complex IT projects using agile, hybrid, or adaptable methodologies.
  • Experience working across the full software development lifecycle and multiple project streams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including leading cross-functional meetings and workshops.
  • Ability to select, tailor, and apply analytical tools and methods to project needs.
  • Solid technical understanding and ability to work effectively with business, development, architecture, and UX teams.
  • Ability to quickly understand industry-specific processes, terminology, and business contexts.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance business priorities and technical, contractual, and operational constraints.
  • Strong ownership and leadership skills with an independent, confident, and goal-oriented approach.
  • Ability to stay effective in dynamic and rapidly changing project environments.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies is an asset.
  • Practical experience using AI-powered assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Copilot Chat to improve analysis or delivery productivity.
  • Work from the European Union region and a valid work permit are required.
  • Experience applying GenAI in a structured way within the SDLC is nice to have.
  • Interest in emerging AI-driven practices such as AI-supported documentation or workflow optimization is nice to have.
