Description

  • Coordinate efforts across business teams, IT, vendors, and external partners.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, including AI solution providers.
  • Drive project execution by tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
  • Support integrations between internal systems and third-party platforms.
  • Partner with stakeholders to implement contact center solutions.
  • Provide visibility and communication across multiple initiatives.
  • Lead or support technology implementations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute to AI-driven and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
  • Experience managing technology vendors and external partners.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with business and IT teams.
  • Exposure to AI technologies or AI-enabled solutions.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience supporting software, platform, or technology implementations.
  • Experience in a Contact Center or Customer Experience environment (preferred).
  • Experience with AI vendors and emerging technologies (preferred).
  • Platform integration experience (preferred).
  • Exposure to Amazon, Google, or similar technology ecosystems (preferred).
  • Agile/Scrum product ownership experience.
  • Experience with backlog prioritization and user story writing.
  • Experience with change management and data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of contact center operations.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power BI, contact center platforms, GenAI/LLM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
