  • Develop and lead the overall sales strategy and execution.
  • Initiate, negotiate, and close complex strategic deals with C-suite leaders at health systems and other providers.
  • Drive new business development and land-and-expand revenue growth.
  • Lead net-new revenue-generating activities and partner with Finance, Product, and Tech leaders on go-to-market strategy.
  • Build customer adoption and utilization processes, including change management frameworks for new solutions.
  • Drive sales team performance and develop team capabilities.
  • Generate scalable, repeatable, and predictable sales revenue.
  • Build and maintain high-impact partnerships with distributors and other external sales teams.
  • Lead a high-performing sales organization with a shared mission and purpose.
  • Travel extensively to meet customers and engage with the management team.

Requirements

  • Experience selling into health systems and other providers in the hospital-at-home / post-acute care markets.
  • Experience initiating, negotiating, and closing complex strategic deals with C-suite leaders.
  • Proven track record of generating scalable, repeatable, and predictable sales revenue and consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Ability to create and evangelize a new solution and drive customer adoption and utilization.
  • Strong relationships with industry leaders and customers across the healthcare ecosystem.
  • Deep experience selling SaaS-based data monitoring solutions.
  • Hardware or device sales experience is preferred.
  • Experience selling into payer and ambulatory providers is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and proven experience managing high-impact partnerships with distributors.
  • Experience building a high-performing sales team.
  • High EQ and ability to navigate B2B political and selling dynamics.
  • Metrics-driven decision-making with strong use of data and analytics.
  • Self-starter with the energy and drive to scale a business in a high-growth environment.
  • Remote-based and willing to travel extensively.
