Description

  • Design and run experiments such as A/B tests, pilots, and proofs of concept with clear revenue-impact hypotheses, tracking and documenting learnings.
  • Build BI analyses and dashboards that support commercial decisions across the funnel, conversion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Apply AI/ML and GenAI tools to automate processes, generate insights, and create new revenue levers.
  • Bridge technical and business teams by translating commercial needs into requirements and solutions.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on impact versus effort, using a growth mindset with short cycles and rapid iteration.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in data analysis and BI, including advanced SQL and Databricks.
  • Practical experience applying AI to business problems, such as ML models, advanced LLMs/agents, intelligent automations, or vibecode.
  • Proven experience designing, running, and interpreting statistically rigorous experiments.
  • Business understanding of revenue funnels and unit economics, with the ability to work effectively with commercial teams.
  • Experience in growth, revenue operations, or commercial strategy in technology or marketplace companies.
  • Python or a similar language for analysis and prototyping.
  • Experience working in ambiguous, early-stage, or zero-to-one environments.
  • Hands-on, proactive working style.
  • Genuine curiosity and self-directed learning of new tools and approaches.
  • Clear communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and self-prioritization.
  • Adaptability across different scenarios and scopes.
