Description

  • Acquire and develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major global institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers through sustained communication and a strong understanding of their needs.
  • Build key customer service processes and systems, including management rules and customer tracking mechanisms.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify hidden needs to improve key account support.
  • Prepare key customer analysis reports and share insights with relevant internal teams.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional departments to deliver optimal customer service solutions and product feedback.
  • Attend and host events to acquire new customers and strengthen regional relationships.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services, preferably in international finance, banking, investments, or FX sales.
  • Proven sales experience in customer acquisition or origination with clear sales KPIs.
  • Experience using CRM tools.
  • Experience working autonomously within a sales team.
  • Experience collaborating with regional sales teams and attending or hosting events to win new business.
  • A client portfolio that includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain relationships effectively.
  • Ability to work flexibly in a variety of situations and under pressure.
  • Fluency in both English and Russian.
  • Passion for crypto; industry experience is an advantage.
