Description

  • Acquire and develop trust-based relationships with a portfolio of major institutional and VIP clients.
  • Expand existing client relationships through sustained communication and needs-based account management.
  • Build and improve key customer service processes and systems, including customer management rules and tracking.
  • Analyze user behavior and identify hidden client needs to support account growth.
  • Prepare key customer analysis reports and share insights with internal teams.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments to deliver optimal client service solutions and product feedback.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales and client services, preferably in an international financial background such as banking, investments, or FX sales.
  • Proven sales experience in customer acquisition or origination with clear sales KPIs.
  • Experience managing a client portfolio that includes institutional clients, HNW individuals, prop trading firms, private bank customers, brokers, futures institutions, or commercial banks.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Experience working autonomously within a sales team.
  • Experience working with regional sales teams and attending or hosting events to acquire new customers.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and sales skills, with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to different situations.
  • Fluency in English is required to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
  • Additional languages are an advantage.
  • Passion for crypto; prior industry experience is an advantage.
