Description

  • Drive growth across Staking, LST, and on-chain yield products while owning TVL, revenue, and active-user metrics.
  • Monitor user feedback and protocol performance, and recommend product optimizations based on market signals.
  • Design and execute campaigns with the Earn team and internal partners to convert resources into user growth.
  • Build partnerships with DeFi, L1/L2, LST, RWA, and institutional clients.
  • Launch incentive campaigns, joint activities, protocol integrations, and institutional capital channels.
  • Coordinate Product, Marketing, and Risk teams to ensure end-to-end delivery.
  • Develop unified operations across the staking business and provide market and competitive insights for roadmap decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of product operations and growth experience in CEX, DeFi, or yield products.
  • Strong understanding of DeFi and CEX products, including yield sources, associated risks, AUM, and retention drivers.
  • Product Owner mindset with the ability to assess product value, positioning, and roadmap priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product and cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to build partnerships from 0 to 1, including opportunity identification, proposal design, negotiation, and live integration.
