Description

  • Support reporting and monitoring of metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) at the product line and divisional levels.
  • Review accounts assigned in queues to assess account legitimacy, account holder legitimacy, associated risk, and appropriate restriction or dismissal actions.
  • Continually monitor cases and reports to identify trends and notify management of findings.
  • Monitor account activity to detect abnormal behavior and help stop suspicious transactions.
  • Contact account holders to verify activity and mitigate potential loss.

Requirements

  • Current undergraduate student or recent graduate.
  • Undergraduate degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, or Life Sciences.
  • Relevant work experience in a Risk Operations role is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience in cryptography is a plus.
  • Knowledge or experience in SQL/Datawind is a plus.
  • Ability to make discretionary decisions based on research.
  • Ability to work across multiple queues with a sense of urgency and strong follow-through.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
  • For applicants in full-time education, part-time working can be accommodated to continue studies.
