Description

  • Maintain business reports and dashboards while monitoring user activity, content publishing, views, engagement, and retention metrics.
  • Identify data anomalies and support root-cause analysis.
  • Analyze user journeys using segmentation, funnel analysis, and retention analysis.
  • Evaluate content formats, topics, and creator performance to support content operations and community initiatives.
  • Prepare data and assess performance for product features, operational campaigns, and A/B tests.
  • Summarize analytical findings and recommend improvements.
  • Extract and analyze data for product and operations teams.
  • Validate event tracking, document metric definitions, and perform data quality checks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a master’s degree program or above; Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field preferred.
  • Proficiency in SQL, including multi-table joins, grouping, and aggregation.
  • Strong Excel skills for data preparation and analysis.
  • Foundational knowledge of statistics, funnel analysis, and retention analysis.
  • Ability to derive clear, evidence-based insights from data.
  • Interest in content-driven community products, user behavior, content distribution, and creator ecosystems.
  • Strong attention to detail, communication, learning, and execution skills.
  • Experience with Python, R, or BI tools for analysis and visualization preferred.
  • Previous data analytics internship, coursework, project, or competition experience preferred.
  • Availability to work at least four days per week for at least six consecutive months preferred.
