Description

  • Monitor planned and emerging events across the Americas, including protests, demonstrations, labor actions, political rallies, and other gatherings.
  • Assess potential impacts on business operations, employee safety, travel, continuity, and reputation.
  • Own an Americas-focused regional intelligence portfolio covering elections, political developments, civil unrest, security incidents, organized crime, migration, borders, and transportation.
  • Use OSINT and other collection tools to research, validate, and analyze information from multiple sources.
  • Produce timely intelligence alerts, assessments, situation reports, weekly briefs, and other recurring intelligence products.
  • Translate complex developments into clear context, potential impacts, and actionable insights for customers.
  • Identify collection priorities, escalate significant developments, and make analytical judgments in ambiguous or rapidly changing situations.
  • Collaborate with the Global Intelligence Team to improve collection methods, analytical processes, coverage, and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience in intelligence analysis, strategic intelligence, geopolitical risk, security operations, international relations, risk analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical judgment and decision-making skills under time constraints and incomplete or conflicting information.
  • Excellent written communication skills and the ability to create clear, concise, actionable intelligence products.
  • Strong research, source evaluation, validation, synthesis, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Familiarity with OSINT methodologies, social media monitoring, and intelligence collection tools.
  • Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and maintain awareness across a broad geographic portfolio.
  • Professional Spanish reading proficiency preferred; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • Experience monitoring or analyzing risk in the Americas preferred.
  • Availability for the agreed Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. CT shift, with occasional evenings, overnight hours, weekends, and holidays.
  • Remote, U.S.-based work authorization required without current or future visa sponsorship; candidates cannot reside in the listed excluded states.
