Description

  • Serve as the day-to-day analytics consultant for Marketing, Corporate, Finance, Sales, and Strategy teams.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on marketplace performance, trends, and business drivers.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses and develop prescriptive recommendations to improve business outcomes.
  • Synthesize insights from POS, panel, loyalty, shipment, retail inventory, media, coupon, pricing, promotion, and brand health data.
  • Identify business opportunities and competitive trends using primary and secondary research.
  • Create compelling, logical presentations and storyboards that translate data into actionable insights.
  • Influence organizational decision-making through consultative communication and data storytelling.
  • Collaborate with consumer, shopper, and analytics teams to build organizational learning.
  • Support data management, governance, and advanced analytics projects as business needs arise.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
  • Master’s or advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of client-side or supplier-side CPG experience; nutritional supplement experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of commercial data sources, including Circana/NiQ, Spins, Stackline, panel, loyalty card, media, pricing and promotion, and brand health data.
  • Strong academic or practical experience in data analytics, visualization, and statistical modeling preferred.
  • Experience building and maintaining category forecasts is a plus.
  • Ability to work effectively in dynamic, time-sensitive, complex, and ambiguous environments.
  • Strong interpersonal, written communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Must be located in the United States; Eastern time zone preferred.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Eastern.
