Description

  • Analyze quantitative survey data and qualitative customer feedback to identify trends and recurring themes.
  • Synthesize customer insights into clear, actionable findings and recommendations.
  • Support Voice of the Customer action plan workstreams and customer experience improvement initiatives.
  • Help create an inventory of surveys across Veeam to improve visibility, coordination, and governance.
  • Consolidate feedback from multiple sources and connect insights to business priorities and customer journey moments.
  • Maintain project trackers, documentation, and follow-up activities.
  • Develop stakeholder-ready summaries, presentations, and other communication materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders on customer insights and program coordination.

Requirements

  • Rising junior or senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student, at an accredited college or university.
  • Strong interest in customer experience, Voice of the Customer, customer insights, research, analytics, or program management.
  • Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and interest in organizing data, identifying trends, and summarizing insights.
  • Comfort working with quantitative survey data and qualitative customer feedback.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and information-synthesis skills.
  • Ability to communicate findings clearly and tailor messages to different audiences.
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, curious, organized, motivated self-starter comfortable managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and support documentation and coordination.
