Description

  • Develop and implement infrastructure.
  • Build large-scale software systems.
  • Upgrade underlying infrastructure and architecture.
  • Tune system performance, troubleshoot online incidents, and refactor systems.
  • Write clean, high-quality, maintainable code using engineering best practices.
  • Guide junior engineers and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • 10+ years of software development experience, preferably with backend or distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Core Java and familiarity with the Spring Framework.
  • Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
  • Proficiency in distributed system design.
  • Familiarity with at least one messaging middleware and its underlying design principles.
  • Ability to work under pressure and quickly learn new technologies.
  • Strong cross-team communication skills.
