Description

  • Design application architecture across user interfaces, middleware, and infrastructure.
  • Maintain consistent enterprise-wide application design standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business needs.
  • Create and implement development plans for new and existing applications.
  • Lead development teams through design, testing, and modification phases.
  • Develop prototypes, integrate user feedback, and provide technical support.
  • Write application scripts and code, and install and update applications.
  • Perform diagnostics, debugging, integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migrations.
  • Document development processes, procedures, and standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and incorporate application architecture trends into projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 8 years of software development experience, preferably in backend or distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in core Java and familiarity with the Spring Framework.
  • Proficiency in MySQL and familiarity with at least one NoSQL database.
  • Proficiency in distributed-systems design.
  • Familiarity with at least one messaging middleware and its underlying design principles.
  • Ability to work under stress and learn new concepts quickly.
  • Strong cross-team communication skills.
