Description

  • Research high-potential institutional, broker, and VIP prospects to support client acquisition.
  • Support prospect pipeline development, account expansion plans, and reactivation of dormant high-value accounts.
  • Coordinate client proposals, proof-of-concepts, incentive structures, and follow-ups to drive engagement and activation.
  • Monitor client activity and program performance through daily and weekly reports on trading volume, concentration, activation, and growth metrics.
  • Analyze internal data warehouse and BI-tool data, validate reporting accuracy, and flag anomalies and trends.
  • Partner with Product, Compliance, Legal, Middle Office, and Support teams to streamline onboarding and resolve operational bottlenecks.
  • Maintain process documentation and playbooks, identify manual workflows, and recommend automation opportunities.

Requirements

  • Current university student or recent graduate eligible for the 3–6 month Binance Accelerator Program.
  • 0–2 years of experience, including internships, in operations, commercial or business analytics, product operations, growth, or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, thresholds, and structured criteria.
  • Working proficiency with spreadsheets.
  • Basic SQL knowledge or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Clear written communication skills to summarize data and decisions for stakeholders.
  • Strong organization skills and ability to manage recurring deadlines and batch processes.
  • Based in the UAE or able to work remotely on a UAE-aligned schedule.
  • Familiarity with crypto, exchange, or fintech products and VIP or institutional client programs (preferred).
  • Understanding of trading mechanics, including spot/futures, maker/taker, fee tiers, and rebates, and exposure to BI tools or data warehouses (preferred).
