Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow business in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate new customer relationships.
  • Maintain and strengthen key relationships within the oncology community.
  • Work closely with medical professionals and staff to assess needs and provide consultative support.
  • Coordinate logistics and solve problems to support the sales process.
  • Manage territory-based selling activities with a focus on closing business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as Presidents Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent performance at or above goal for multiple quarters/years.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Must live within the defined territory and be centrally located to target accounts.
  • Must be willing to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Background as a Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, or Registered Nurse with experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests will also be considered.

  • Total compensation range of $244,621 to $314,449 per year at plan.
  • Base salary range of $170,871 to $186,949 per year, depending on level and experience.
