Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to individual oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to grow revenue across the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Maintain key relationships with oncologists and other members of the extended cancer care community.
  • Work independently in the field while coordinating logistics and problem-solving with medical professionals and staff.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to assess customer needs and close business with urgency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record, such as President's Club, Chairman's Club, Rookie of the Year, or consistent performance at or above goal for multiple quarters or years.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Lives within the defined territory and is centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present effectively to internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to assess and prioritize opportunities.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute tactically.
  • Experience as a PA, NP, or RN ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests is also considered.

  • Total compensation range of $244,621 to $314,449 per year at plan, including a base salary range of $170,871 to $186,949.
