Description

  • Drive revenue growth and market development through direct sales to oncologists.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to expand revenue in the assigned geography.
  • Prospect for new business and cultivate relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Maintain key relationships across the extended cancer care community.
  • Work closely with medical providers and staff in a consultative sales approach.
  • Coordinate logistics and solve problems to support product adoption and account success.
  • Manage territory activity with urgency, focus, and accountability for closing business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with consistent attainment or top sales recognition.
  • Experience selling to medical providers.
  • Experience selling medical diagnostics, medical devices, or surgical devices.
  • Lives within the defined territory and is centrally located to assigned accounts.
  • Commitment to travel within the defined territory.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong time management, prioritization, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a startup environment.
  • Candidates with PA, NP, or RN backgrounds and experience ordering late-stage cancer liquid biopsy tests will also be considered.

  • Total compensation range of $241,946 to $311,536 per year at plan.
  • Base salary range of $168,346 to $184,186 per year, depending on level and experience.
