Description

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen and drive market development through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.
  • Identify, develop, and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals.
  • Prospect for new business, cultivate opportunities, and maintain key customer relationships.
  • Grow commercial opportunities within the assigned region, including clinics, hospital systems, and Federally Qualified Health Centers.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate utilization in the territory.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, including new business development and lead generation.
  • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Deliver clinical information to external clients and internal teams.
  • Influence how the test is communicated to physicians and patients and provide feedback on product evolution to meet market needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector calling on providers in a specified territory.
  • Demonstrated successful sales track record with strong selling, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to effectively present to both internal and external customers.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to assess, prioritize, and respond to customer needs in a consultative sales environment.
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, flexible, and able to work independently in a startup environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and analytical skills with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics related to patient information.
  • Ability to use discretion and professionalism when handling patient and physician information and documentation.
  • Nice to have: experience in a startup environment, women's health background, clinical laboratory experience, or a convertible book of business.

  • Total compensation of $184,569 - $248,269 per year at plan, including a base salary of $136,869 - $163,269.
