Description

  • Increase utilization of UNITY Fetal Risk Screen through direct sales to OBGYNs, MFMs, and genetic counselors.
  • Develop and manage commercial relationships with key opinion leaders and other healthcare professionals.
  • Prospect, cultivate, and maintain new and existing business relationships within the territory.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities across OBGYN, MFM, genetic counseling clinics, hospital systems, and federally qualified health centers.
  • Create and execute a strategic business plan to accelerate adoption in the assigned geography.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation and new business development.
  • Attend local tradeshows, industry conferences, and networking events.
  • Deliver clinical and product information to external customers and internal teams.
  • Coordinate logistics and solve problems in a consultative sales environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of outside field sales experience in the healthcare sector calling on providers within a designated territory.
  • Demonstrated success in sales with strong understanding of buyer and decision-maker types.
  • Strong selling, listening, presentation, and customer-needs assessment skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize opportunities effectively.
  • Ability to work with urgency and a focus on closing business.
  • Ability to work independently in a startup environment with strong internal drive to succeed.
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA, privacy, and ethics related to patient information.
  • Professional discretion in handling patient and physician information and documentation.
  • Experience in a startup environment, women’s health, or clinical laboratory settings preferred.
  • Convertible book of business preferred.
  • National awards in sales are a plus.

  • Total compensation range of $184,569 to $248,269 per year at plan.
  • Base salary range of $136,869 to $163,269 per year.
