Description

  • Process compensation requests by performing market analyses, internal equity reviews, and data-driven recommendations for positions and job families.
  • Administer bonus and incentive plans, support annual salary planning, and prepare accrual estimates and payout calculations for Finance.
  • Partner with HRIS to maintain data integrity across compensation and HR systems, including testing new functionality and updating Workday job profiles and compensation structures.
  • Work with People Development and management to review roles and develop recommendations for career progression, job titles, compensation bands, and FLSA status.
  • Support organizational design efforts, including role structure, job architecture, and span of control, in alignment with career frameworks and compensation philosophy.
  • Maintain participation in external market and salary surveys and analyze survey data to assess market competitiveness.
  • Provide compensation and analytic reporting for business entities and support overall compensation operations.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other duties as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 2-4 years of relevant work experience in compensation and analytics across various industries.
  • U.S. work authorization that does not require employer-sponsored immigration now or in the future.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookups, and in Canva or PowerPoint.
  • Power BI experience preferred.
  • Experience with national surveys and job pricing platforms such as CompAnalyst, Salary.com, Radford, or similar tools.
  • Workday HRIS software experience required.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to handle large volumes of confidential employee data with accuracy.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of FLSA requirements at both the federal and state level.
  • Ability to calculate and administer incentive plans using Excel.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain compensation concepts to all levels of the organization.
  • Collaborative team-player mindset with a positive, ownership-oriented approach.
