Description

  • Own the end-to-end integration of third-party content and data feeds.
  • Define broker data and content requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collect and prioritize product and workflow enhancement requests.
  • Partner with engineers using agile methodologies to scope and deliver features and improvements.
  • Analyze broker research processes and tools to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with broker and independent research stakeholders and key decision-makers.
  • Project-manage partnership initiatives with research providers.
  • Create and maintain implementation roadmaps covering costs, benefits, and timelines.
  • Support content launches through announcements, collateral, documentation, and user and internal training.
  • Track industry trends and provide competitive intelligence to inform product vision.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of financial services experience focused on broker research.
  • Strong knowledge of broker data, content, and metadata.
  • Experience delivering content through iterative or agile development methodologies.
  • Track record of delivering content from initial engagement through release.
  • Strong prioritization, focus, deadline-management, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Experience working with distributed teams.
  • Existing relationships with broker research departments and third-party distribution vendors.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software companies.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including Excel, Word, and Sheets.
