Description

  • Own the product roadmap, feature definition, and end-to-end user experience.
  • Become a Central product expert and map the product experience across dashboards, features, and modules.
  • Lead design reviews and propose UX, interaction, and product improvements.
  • Identify friction, gaps, inconsistencies, and regressions through product deep-dives and data analysis.
  • Optimize onboarding experiences to improve conversion and reduce drop-offs.
  • Translate product knowledge into onboarding materials, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
  • Create comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, and designs with minimal review required.
  • Use product usage signals and customer feedback to prioritize high-impact, simple solutions.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering while independently driving UX direction when needed.

Requirements

  • Hands-on product management experience, preferably taking products from 0 to 1.
  • Strong UX/UI and interaction design judgment with ownership of the end-to-end product experience.
  • Demonstrated experience optimizing onboarding and improving conversion or reducing drop-offs.
  • Highly detail-oriented, curious, and meticulous, with strong judgment on priorities.
  • Experience using product data, usage signals, and customer feedback to guide decisions.
  • Ability to simplify complex products and reduce interface friction and clutter.
  • Strong experience producing detailed PRDs, tickets, prototypes, or designs.
  • Comfort partnering with design and engineering teams while operating independently.
  • Immediate availability preferred; all candidates will be considered.
