Description

  • Own the product roadmap, feature definitions, and end-to-end product experience.
  • Map the full product surface area and identify connections across modules.
  • Lead design reviews and propose UX improvements and future features.
  • Turn product complexity into simple, integrated user experiences.
  • Use product deep-dives, usage data, and customer feedback to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Optimize onboarding experiences to improve conversion and reduce drop-off.
  • Create PRDs, tickets, prototypes, designs, onboarding content, product marketing pages, and in-app education.
  • Compare specifications, staging, and production experiences to identify gaps and regressions.
  • Collaborate with design and engineering while independently driving UX direction when needed.
  • Ship simple, high-impact improvements with minimal oversight.

Requirements

  • Hands-on product management experience, ideally launching products from 0→1.
  • Strong UX/UI and interaction design judgment.
  • Demonstrated experience improving product onboarding, conversion, and drop-off rates.
  • Highly meticulous, detail-oriented, and able to identify friction, inconsistencies, and missing product connections.
  • Strong data-driven and customer-centric approach to prioritization.
  • Ability to distinguish high-impact work from noise and protect product simplicity.
  • Experience producing comprehensive PRDs, tickets, prototypes, or designs with minimal review.
  • Comfort working independently in a fast-moving, low-bureaucracy environment.
  • Ability to partner effectively with design and engineering teams.
  • Immediate availability preferred; all candidates will be considered.
