Description

  • Implement, test, and maintain well-scoped features and services across the domain.
  • Write clean, readable, well-tested code and respond to code review feedback.
  • Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical decisions for owned work.
  • Investigate and fix bugs to improve service quality and reliability.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineers to turn requirements into working software.
  • Learn the domain and codebase and grow into ownership of larger, more ambiguous work.
  • Contribute to observability, testing, and operational health for delivered features.

Requirements

  • Solid programming skills in at least one modern language such as C#, Go, TypeScript, or Java.
  • Experience building and consuming APIs.
  • Hands-on experience using Claude Code or similar agentic AI coding tools to build and deliver software.
  • Foundational cloud-native development experience with a public cloud provider, preferably AWS.
  • Understanding of testing practices and familiarity with CI/CD workflows.
  • Good problem-solving skills and willingness to work through ambiguity with guidance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Exposure to identity security concepts such as IAM, secrets, OAuth, and OIDC (preferred).
  • Experience with a modern JavaScript framework such as Angular, React, or Vue with TypeScript (preferred).
  • Familiarity with data modeling, observability, or Infrastructure as Code (preferred).
