Description

  • Maintain accurate Salesforce CRM records, partner contacts, campaign data, and engagement tracking.
  • Track participation across partner touchpoints and programs, including invitations, attendance, and repeat engagement.
  • Maintain systems for network impact campaigns, including the Annual Data Count, Health of the Network, Partner Insights, and event registration.
  • Produce routine engagement reports, provide requested data, and flag data irregularities.
  • Manage the network communications calendar and coordinate partner outreach across programs.
  • Draft, schedule, and send weekly round-ups, announcements, and newsletter communications through Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Post network communications and events to the Circle community platform and manage inquiries sent to the general inbox.
  • Build segmented audiences and run outreach campaigns to mobilize participation in programs and events.
  • Coordinate program gatherings, including venue booking, registration, and participant communications.
  • Analyze campaign performance and participation results to improve future outreach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in communications, operations, or a combined role.
  • Experience drafting and sending external communications such as newsletters, announcements, and campaign emails.
  • Experience managing recurring operational processes and improving the systems that support them.
  • Hands-on CRM experience, preferably Salesforce, including list building, segmentation, data entry and cleaning, and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and follow-through.
  • Ability to maintain data quality, identify issues, and improve processes rather than rely on workarounds.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently in ambiguity, and develop resourceful solutions.
  • Collaborative approach and commitment to building strong colleague relationships.
  • Commitment to social change, racial justice, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% for biannual team retreats and select partner convenings.

Benefits

  • Salary of $55,000-$67,500, based on experience.
