Description

  • Proactively identify, target, and recruit high-value players across the assigned region.
  • Build and grow a regional VIP book from scratch through direct outreach, referrals, local events, and community presence.
  • Develop relationships with introducers, affiliates, and existing players to generate warm VIP referrals.
  • Manage a dedicated book of high-value players through personalized SMS, phone, and email outreach.
  • Oversee bonusing for assigned players and balance reinvestment against company margins.
  • Partner with retention and product teams to shape the VIP lifecycle, player experience, and product feedback loops.
  • Analyze player activity, theoretical win, and play behavior to inform bonus decisions and outreach strategy.
  • Collect and translate player feedback on UX/UI and competitor offerings into actionable insights.
  • Monitor player activity for drops or behavioral changes and execute proactive reactivation strategies.
  • Own regional KPIs for VIP acquisition, active player count, NGR contribution, and market share.
  • Ensure all player interactions and incentives follow regulatory, responsible gaming, and internal policy requirements.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in online gaming, casino hosting, VIP account management, or player development.
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and closing high-net-worth relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of the regional gaming landscape and where high-value players socialize and attend events.
  • Understanding of reinvestment rate calculations and player value in bonus spend.
  • Experience working regional territory for a sportsbook, online casino, or land-based casino marketing team preferred.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills for high-net-worth individuals and sensitive situations.
  • Comfortable reading player reports, CRM dashboards, and profitability data.
  • Able to work remotely and independently with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Genuine passion for casino games and sports betting, with the ability to explain a premium gaming experience.
  • Existing book of high-value iGaming or casino players is a plus.
