Description

  • Build and maintain relationships with Navy mission partners to align solutions with mission outcomes.
  • Drive customer retention and satisfaction by addressing needs, resolving issues, and maintaining engagement.
  • Oversee onboarding, product adoption, and accelerated time-to-value for new customers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer needs across internal teams.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews and communicate product feedback, feature progress, and delivered value.
  • Identify account expansion and cross-selling opportunities across Navy programs, including contract modifications and licensing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to prioritize customer feedback, fixes, and Navy-specific enhancements.
  • Track and report retention, customer health, time-to-value, adoption, and other key performance indicators.
  • Facilitate retrospectives after customers achieve time-to-value and share lessons learned.
  • Balance time-to-value, contract renewal potential, and gross profit margins across the Navy domain.

Requirements

  • Experience managing customer relationships, retention, satisfaction, and account growth in a mission-focused environment.
  • Ability to serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customer needs across cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving onboarding, product adoption, customer value realization, and renewals.
  • Ability to identify expansion, cross-selling, and contract-scope opportunities.
  • Experience conducting business reviews, retrospectives, and KPI reporting.
  • Understanding of federal, defense, or Navy programs and customer environments.
  • Familiarity with secure software delivery, cloud-native technologies, Kubernetes, GitOps, containers, or infrastructure-as-code such as Terraform or Pulumi.
  • Ability to balance customer outcomes with profitability and long-term account growth.

  • Base salary of $145,000–$185,000 with total on-target earnings of $290,000–$370,000.
