Description

  • Define and lead the company’s technology strategy.
  • Oversee technology efforts across the organization.
  • Identify and recommend modern tools, approaches, and solutions for software development.
  • Set and maintain a high bar for quality and technology innovation.
  • Support company growth efforts through traditional and innovative technology approaches.
  • Lead and manage teams of technologists.
  • Guide the adoption of AI in solution development and within the consulting organization.
  • Collaborate in an environment focused on delivering solutions that improve healthcare outcomes and reduce burden.

Requirements

  • Strong background in software engineering and modern software development.
  • Experience leading and managing teams of technologists.
  • Demonstrated experience building solutions using AI or leading teams that use AI to build solutions.
  • Vision for implementing AI in a consulting organization.
  • Experience leading efforts to grow organizations.
  • Experience with early-stage product engineering.
  • Prior experience delivering digital products or services for government agencies, public sector organizations, or other regulated environments (preferred).
  • Familiarity with large-scale technology system challenges, including legacy constraints, security, and compliance (preferred).
  • Experience with a P&L line of business and understanding of selling services to clients (preferred).
  • Experience developing solutions for public healthcare problems, including HIPAA, data inconsistencies, and FHIR (preferred).
  • US Citizenship or Green Card only; no sponsorship available.
  • US residency for at least the past 3 years.
  • Ability to meet requirements for a Public Trust position, including a successful US Government background investigation.
