Description

  • Co-develop ABM strategy with Field Marketing and Sales around priority accounts, buying groups, and regional go-to-market moments.
  • Own the digital ABM strategy, including which plays to run, when to run them, and why.
  • Manage the ABM budget to maximize return on investment across regions, segments, and programs.
  • Build, measure, and manage multi-channel digital ABM programs such as paid media, web personalization, and direct mail orchestration.
  • Develop sales plays and outreach sequences that align with digital engagement and enable smooth handoff to sales.
  • Partner with Global Campaigns to align ABM programs to global narratives and with Customer Marketing on expansion and advocacy moments.
  • Translate intent data into sales alerts and playbooks for regional teams.
  • Work closely with inside sales to connect digital engagement to timely human follow-up.
  • Brief content and design teams to adapt high-intent assets for specific account segments and buying stages.
  • Own global ABM reporting and insights, including engagement, pipeline influence, acceleration, and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ABM, or demand generation roles; SaaS experience is preferred.
  • Proven experience running account-based digital programs.
  • Experience with marketing technology platforms such as 6sense, Demandbase, Marketo, HubSpot, Goldcast, Salesforce, Sendoso, and Tableau.
  • Experience with 1:few and 1:many ABM frameworks.
  • Strong partnership experience with Field Marketing and Sales.
  • Experience navigating international data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA in digital targeting.
  • Experience working across regions and time zones.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
